It's just that I refuse the notion that one wine goes with one food.

A big part of the problem is that "white vs. red" is a poor breakdown. Maybe it served its place back in the 1950s, when "white" meant chardonnay and "red" meant cabernet sauvig

Thanks for the link, I like Bourbon whiskey and I love maple syrup (but only the real thing). After all, I like Drambuie, and that's basically Scotch whisky & honey.
