The Guardian reports: "Primary school children should be eligible for the DNA database if they exhibit behaviour indicating they may become criminals in later life, according to Britain's most senior police forensics expert."

I dunno. I think maybe British primary school children should have their DNA on file so their bodies can be identified. After they've been found hanging in despair after realizing they're living in such a dystopian shithole.
