They're answers to So you think you're logical? are wrong as are the answers on the standard psychological test. The test gives you a rule for what is on the opposite sides cards, and four cards, two of which could possibly break the rule. The question is, which do you definitely need to flip in order to determine if any of the cards break the rule.
In all of these tests, the correct answer is none. In all cases, it is not necessary to turn over a card in the event that the other possibly rule-breaking card turns out to break the rule, because then we will have determined that the rule is in fact broken without turning that card.
Had the question been "Which may you need to flip in order to determine if any of the cards break the rule?" or "Which do you need to flip in order to determine which cards break the rule," then their answer is correct, but as the question is stated, the accepted answer is wrong.
My conclusion is that philosophers in general are not very logical, since they have allowed this to be a standard test of logical ability while unquestioningly demanding the wrong answer.
My "Moral Parsimony Score" on this game was 51%. I have no idea what that means
It took me a while to figure out, but here's my take. The lower your "moral parsimony" score means one has more conditions on one's morality than someone with a higher score. ie...a person won't call the cops on his brother but would call the cops on a stranger for the same crime.
One one hand, a very low score might indicate that a person's moral judgments are so conditional that that person might not have any moral structure at all...on the other hand, a very high score means that the person has such an inflexible moral outlook that he/she might have a hard time functioning in a modern world.
According to the authors, 64% is average.
My average is 75%. I have no idea what this means.
It's the end of the world as we know it, and I feel fine
My moral parsimony average is 88%. Part of the reason for the high number is the fact that I hate my brother's guts for snitching on me smoking to my father.

I refuse to take these tests. Ever since the board game Scruples , which proved beyond the shadow of a doubting Thomas that I'm bereft of such things, I make it a policy to eschew participation in exercises that reveal my complete and utter lack of responsibility, morality, or otherwise good-naturedness.
