Just one question, if it was Belgian, why was the music in English?
Apparently (and I read this in the comments section on one of Salon's blogs, which is where I found this, so take it with a grain of salt) English has become the common tongue in Belgium, because of the political shenanigans between the Flemings (Dutch) & the Walloons (French). Each side generally knows the other's language (from public schooling) but refuses to speak it due to politics, so advertising that is meant to appeal to both groups is made in English as often as not, since practically everyone speaks it (particularly the younger crowd, which this ad is pretty obviously targeted towards).
