What I want to know is did those two kids blow the same guy?

This ad fails on a couple of levels.  First, why google swallowing?  Just spit for bog's sake.  At that point, who cares?  Second, while swallowing may allow a STD to infect you, I would bet running around campus with a mouthful of jiz gives the stuff plenty of time for the stuff to work its way into any sort of wound you have in your mouth.

"Just spit for bog's sake."

I guess those Belgians don't waffle when it comes to PSAs on STDs.  Just one question, if it was Belgian, why was the music in English?  And that didn't look like the Google toolbar.

Illegitimi non carborundum.

Apparently (and I read this in the comments section on one of Salon's blogs, which is where I found this, so take it with a grain of salt) English has become the common tongue in Belgium, because of the political shenanigans between the Flemings (Dutch) & the Walloons (French).  Each side generally knows the other's language (from public schooling) but refuses to speak it due to politics, so advertising that is meant to appeal to both groups is made in English as often as not, since practically everyone speaks it (particularly the younger crowd, which this ad is pretty obviously targeted towards).

I'm surprised our more conservative members haven't jumped up and asked why didn't the ad suggest that young people not participate in oral sex until after they're married or at all.  In a subtle way the ad does just that.  If you notice at approximately :43, there is a big ol' string of jizz as the girl wipes her mouth.  If that doesn't encourage young people to wait...or to even eschew fellatio completely, nothing will.

It's the end of the world as we know it, and I feel fine

Oral sex isn't sex. We learned this back in the 90s.

It is easy to buy small plaster models of what you think life is like.
