I don't smoke, I've never smoked (ok, that one time in college) and I never will smoke. Plus, I get headaches when I smell most second hand smoke. But even I have to say, c'mon already. That's just so '80s.

Dunhills or RYO

4.00 (interesting)

What really gets me is that they refuse to admit why they are doing it.

Say what you will about the Puritans, when they put you in the stocks they told you up front it was because you sinned and needed to be punished.  Smoke banners deny having a moral agenda, and deny they are punishing people, when that's all it is.

Maybe it's punishment for smokers emptying their ashtrays in the parking lot...or tossing their smoking butts onto dry underbrush.  But you're right though...they should be clear why they do what they do.

It's the end of the world as we know it, and I feel fine

Letting smokers smoke inside might reduce the amount of cigarette butts tossed around outside.

Well, that will never happen.  Looks like you smokers will continue to be excoriated outside and inside.  Please believe me when I say that I feel for you.  It may look like I'm smiling, but that's just my way of fighting back the tears.

It's the end of the world as we know it, and I feel fine

What you feel is the fear someone, somewhere, might be having a good time.

Huh?  I'm all for having a good time.  I'm having a good time right now.

It's the end of the world as we know it, and I feel fine
