What I'm Doing On My Summer Vacation.

Nothing. Absolutely nothing. Oh, I'm going on one all right. For the next ten days I'll be at an undisclosed location on the Outer Banks. It will be a nice, cheery cottage right on the beach where my wife and I will vegetate and graze on whatever we stock the larder with when we come down. No television and no internet, thus no access to real life, right?

Wrong, I've become a bit of a surf fisher and we'll be going out fishing at least once. I will be bringing down an 37" HD TV/DVD thingamabob and copious copies of some favorite movies as well as a number of books I've been meaning to read. That, and walking the two terriers on the beach just about amounts to a great vacation for moi.

Just wondering if anyone else has plans on vacations this summer? Care to share or not? Whatever, enjoy the week and see ya in July.
