What's in a name? The answer is plenty, if you're a food store selling decorated cakes not wishing to offend their clientele.  Likewise, the answer is plenty, if you're a family with an absolute fascination for the Third Reich with a penchant for naming their kids after some of their heroes.  Such was the dilemma when one family asked their local Shoprite to inscribe the name of their three-year-old on a birthday cake.  No, they would not be wishing a happy birthday to a kid named Adolf Hitler and the entire Campbell clan of Holland Township, Pennsylvania is mad.
